I've
been particularly enjoying walks in the local parks and gardens recently,
seeing primroses, crocuses, snowdrops and budding daffodils. I find
this time of year so uplifting and rejuvenating, watching the world waking
up after the winter hibernation. I feel myself waking up with it.
A few days ago, I was on my way home from the local shop, and saw a starling
murmuration swirling it's way over the street and buildings. I ran to
the riverside to get a better view, and a pipistrelle bat flew over my head
- the first one I've seen this year. I then turned to get a better
look, and saw the beautiful full moon. What a fabulous moment,
enjoying the wonderful gifts from nature. Take some time out of your
busy schedule and feel the excitement of spring in the air.
Quantum-Touch Healing Workshop
Quantum-Touch® Energy Healing:
This exciting two-day workshop involves learning powerful yet gentle healing
techniques that you can use to help yourself, friends and family as a
stand-alone treatment, or combine with other therapies to enhance their
effectiveness. During the two days, you will learn about working
with energy, chakras, colours, toning (using your voice) and more. By
lunchtime on the first day, you will be giving your first treatment to a
fellow student (and receiving one of course!). Over the weekend, you
will also learn self-healing and distance healing.
This will be on 12th/13th March, 9.30-5.00 both days. I'm holding it
in my flat in central Chichester, just a few minutes walk from the train/bus
stations, and the town centre shops.

Treatments
I offer various treatments, either as a mobile service, or as distance
healing.
I'm particularly passionate about distance healing - it's such an amazing
experience to connect with someone so deeply on an energetic level, and
frequently produces powerful results.
It's understandable that some people are sceptical about it (I was too until
I tried it!), but I actually find that sometimes people are more relaxed and
receptive to it than a hands-on treatment - there's nothing to feel
self-conscious about, and no need to worry about travelling home afterwards.
Following the treatment, I send a detailed email explaining what I was
working on, and any insights or advice that came up during the treatment.
Healing Circle
This is open to anyone who does Quantum-Touch, whether as a student or
practitioner, to come and practise and share. We start with a short
meditation, then give each other treatments, and send some distance healing.
There's also time for a cuppa and chat.
This will be in my flat in central Chichester - please let me know if you're
intending to come, and I'll give you the address.
