In this newsletter: New Year, New Start; Events and Treatments
2010 was a particularly challenging year for me, as it was for many people.
I moved house twice - the second time on the 22nd December. I also had
other challenges with finances, relationships, and personal healing and
development. It seemed as though my entire life had been thrown up in
the air, and I had no idea what would land. I spent most of the year
feeling bewildered and very emotional.
I started a part-time job as a care assistant for the elderly during last
year - that has its challenges, but also many rewards. There's
something really special about helping people like that, it's a real
privilege. It has some very uplifting moments, with lots of humour,
interesting people and surprises.
I also started going to a weekly African drumming workshop, which I'm really
loving. The drumming itself is something I'd had a taste of before,
and took to immediately, so I was very excited when I found this group.
Through it, I've also met some wonderful people who have helped me
enormously through the difficult times - mostly without realising it, as is
often the case. Some are now becoming good friends.
Now that I've settled into my new flat in Chichester, I'm in a much better
place, physically and metaphorically, than before. I was very excited
to start scheduling workshops and healing circles again, and updating my
website - it feels wonderful to be back, and sharing healing and energy
again!

Quantum-Touch® Energy Healing:
This is a two-day certificated workshop, where you learn powerful healing
techniques. We cover how to work with energy, chakras, toning (using
sound), hands-on and distance healing, and more. It will enable to you
help yourself, friends and family, or if you wish, go on to qualify as a
Certified Quantum-Touch Practitioner. It's a busy and fun weekend.
Upcoming dates: 29th/30th January; 12th/13th March
Both to be held in my home in central Chichester, and will run from
9.30-17.00.

Treatments
I run a mobile service, giving treatments in your own home. I also offer distance healing. See my website for more details.
Quantum-Touch Energy Healing: A subtle yet powerful form of energy
healing. Works equally well on the physical, emotional and mental
levels, encouraging accelerated healing.
EFT
(Emotional Freedom Techniques): Excellent for helping to overcome
addictions and phobias, but also highly effective with many other
conditions, both emotional and physical.
Reflexology: A form of foot (or hand) massage that involves stimulating
specific points in order to encourage healing throughout the body. As
well as being relaxing, it can help with a wide range of conditions,
physical and emotional.
Healing Circle
I run a regular healing circle for anyone who does Quantum-Touch
(whether as a student or practitioner) to come and share. We start
with a short meditation, then give each other healing, and finish with some
distance healing. There will also be time for a cuppa and chat.
This will be in my home in central Chichester.
