For distance healing, payment is required in advance. Your appointment will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Quantum-Touch Workshop prices are set by Quantum-Touch head office in Hawaii. All instructors in the UK charge the same. I am not authorised to reduce the price, or offer discounts for these workshops.

To pay by PayPal, please contact me to request an invoice. This will be emailed to you as soon as possible.
You then click on the PayPal link and can pay via your PayPal account, or by credit/debit card.

Mileage
Mileage for home visits is charged at 40p per mile outside Chichester (if further than 5 miles).
To calculate mileage, I use Google Maps, Get Directions.
If you wish to work out the cost yourself, enter Chichester in one box, and your postcode in the other. Multiply the mileage given by 2 (I will want to come home again after the treatment!) and multiply that result by 0.4 to get the cost in £. I always round it down.
I am, of course, happy to work out the mileage for you in advance of the treatment.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
If you cancel a treatment with less than 24 hours notice, the fee will still be payable.
The following is the standard refund policy for Quantum-Touch workshops:
"Cancellation more than 10 business days before the first day of the workshop: Full refund minus a $35* processing fee.
Cancellation within 5-10 business days: 50% refund, minus a $35* processing fee.
Cancellation within 4 business days or a no-show will not be refunded.
Cancellation fees will be waived if you find someone to fill the cancelled space (even the $35* processing fee will not be charged if they use your payment and simply pay you back directly).
No refund requests will be honored post-workshop."

If you cancel your place on a Holistic Living Workshop 3-7 days before the workshop date, the deposit will be non-refundable - the remainder of the payment will be refunded. If you cancel within 2 days of the workshop date, or don't show up, no refund will be given.
If you are unable to attend either workshop due to illness and would like to attend at a later date, please contact me to discuss.
On rare occasions, it may be necessary for me to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a full refund will be given, or you can carry the payment over to a later workshop if you wish. I will not be responsible for refunding travel, accommodation or other costs you may have incurred, so please ensure any tickets or bookings are refundable by the provider.
