A lot of people I've talked to recently have been finding that things are
changing fast. We're experiencing big changes in all areas of our
lives, at home, in relationships, at work... It's all taking it's toll
emotionally, causing many people to feel unsettled and agitated, and
physically drained.
Personally, I've been finding that I'm feeling an increasing connection to
spirit, with my faith stronger than ever. On the other hand,
emotionally I'm struggling to keep up. It sometimes seems that the
higher I get spiritually, the lower my emotions go. It isn't
consistently like that of course, in fact, usually the spiritual connection
brings a feeling of peace and trust in the process of life. However, I
have felt that, for me, the increased spiritual opening is bringing a lot of
tough lessons with it. Although these lessons are sometimes hard, they
are encouraging me to rise above the nitty-gritty of life, and aim for an
even greater connection to the spirit within.
My New Year's Resolution will be to continue along that line, allowing the
lessons to come with gratitude, while keeping my main focus on increasing my
spirituality.
Whatever your faith, Christmas is a time for caring and sharing. Many
people find it a particularly difficult time, so whether I'm alone or with
friends, I will be spending some time in meditation, sending out love and
light to all who need it.
I wish you a Merry Christmas, and a healthy and prosperous year ahead.

Here's an interesting newsletter I received from The
Prophets Conference today. Anyone who's feeling spooked by the movie,
or worried about the 2012 prophecies in any way, might find it a comfort.
It also ties in nicely with what I was saying above about spiritual
awakening, and life changes.

treatment or workshop could be just the thing for

I offer two different types of voucher:
- Treatment Vouchers, which cover the cost of a full treatment* (even if I put my prices up!);
- Monetary Vouchers in various denominations, which can be used towards the cost of a workshop, or any other service I provide.

Quantum-Touch® Energy Healing:
23/24 January 2010, Bosham
Quantum-Touch is a powerful form of energy healing, which can be used as a
therapy on its own, or combined with other modalities to increase
their effectiveness. On the two-day workshop, you learn a variety of
techniques to work with the life-force energy around us, bringing it through
your body, and using breathing, body awareness, and visualisations to make
it more powerful. This then encourages the client's body to heal
itself, often resulting in reduced pain, realignment of bones, reduced
stress, and much more.
I'm happy to schedule more workshops in other locations if you'd like one
locally to you.
Holistic Living: (Date to be arranged - let me
know if you're interested)
This one-day workshop is a brief overview of various techniques we can all
use to take more control of our lives. It includes meditation,
grounding, chakra balancing, toning (sound therapy using your voice),
pendulum dowsing, and an introduction to EFT. By the end of the day,
you will have learned the basics, and be able to use them in your everyday
life.
As a optional follow-up, I offer ongoing healing and development circles
to give you support as you explore these techniques.
Treatments
I give treatments locally, either in a treatment room, or in the comfort of
your own home. Alternatively, I offer Quantum-Touch distance healing
where meeting in person isn't practical.
Quantum-Touch Energy Healing: Gentle yet powerful energy healing,
for mind, body and spirit.
EFT
(Emotional Freedom Techniques): A more interactive therapy, mainly
used for overcoming fears, cravings, emotional trauma etc, but can also be
highly effective for physical conditions.
Reflexology: An intensive foot massage, stimulating healing
throughout the body.
Healing Circle
This is open to anyone who does Quantum-Touch. The next one will be at 7pm on the 11th January, in the library at Hamblin Hall.
Talk and Demonstration
On Sunday 13th December, I will be giving a talk and demonstration of Quantum-Touch at Soul Connections in Bishops Waltham.
Allergy Study
I mentioned this allergy study last month. I've had some interest, but would like more, so if you'd like to participate, please do get in touch. I will be using an advanced Quantum-Touch technique designed specifically to work on allergies. I haven't had much experience with it so I want to do a study to see how effective it is.
