Apparently I'm supposed to say that any psychic readings I give are for entertainment purposes only (whether as part of a treatment, or done separately). Personally, I think this comes down to individual belief. Information I pass on in this way is given in good faith on my part, and I trust that you will ultimately use your own intuition to decide what is right for you.
Confidentiality
For the purposes of explaining the work that I do, I may give examples of treatments I have given in the past. However, I do not disclose who the treatment was for, or at any time disclose the identity or other details about any client without their express permission, unless required to do so by law.
Data Protection
I am registered with the Information Commissioner under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. I keep records for the purposes of running my business, but do not pass clients or students details on to any other organisations, or use for the purposes of marketing, except for my own mailing list which you are welcome to unsubscribe from at any time.
I do share student details with Quantum-Touch head office in Hawaii, as is required under the terms of my Instructor Agreement with them. They keep the records for their own use, and do not pass them on to any other organisations. See www.quantumtouch.com for more information.
Picture Credits
Most of the pictures I've used on my site are either personal, from www.quantumtouch.com (with permission as a Certified Quantum-Touch® Instructor), from the Microsoft Clip-Art gallery, or from www.bizart.com, and www.freefoto.com.
However, some pictures have come from forwarded emails that get sent to me by friends, who got them from their colleagues, who got them from...you get the idea. I assume from the method of distribution that they are copyright-free. If any of the pictures are yours and you'd rather I took them off my site, please let me know and I'll happily do so.
